You might need to do away with or cut down the intake of foods that can make your tinnitus even worse. Some stimulants that had proven to exacerbate your ringing in the ears include caffeine beverages, alcoholic products, red wine, cheese and chocolate. Or it could be due to stress, anxiety and hypertension.
